Yes — completely free, forever: shortening, custom aliases, password protection, expiration dates, click counters, and QR codes. No limits, no paid plans, no sign-up.

Open “Advanced Options” under the shorten button and type the name you want in the “Custom Alias” field (English letters, digits, hyphens and underscores, 3 to 30 characters). If the name is available, your link gets it instantly.

Set a password in Advanced Options before shortening. The site will then ask every visitor to enter it before showing the redirect page — anyone who doesn’t know it never reaches your link’s destination.

Visitors stay inside your site on a tidy redirect page where they see their destination clearly, with a 12-second countdown and valuable content, then they’re forwarded automatically to the original URL. That visit counts for your site and is recorded in the click counter.

You decide: leave them with no expiry, or choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from Advanced Options. Once the period ends, the link stops working automatically and visitors see a clear message.

In your browser only, via Local Storage. We never send your links to any server or look at them, so your links remain available on your own device and browser, and you can wipe them anytime with “Clear All”.

Every link in “My Links” shows a badge with its click count that updates live, and aggregate stats (number of links, total clicks, and protected links) appear at the top of the page after your first shortening.

Absolutely. In “My Links”, tap the delete icon next to any link to disable it immediately — anyone who opens it afterwards sees a page explaining the link is no longer available.
